Denise van de Leur
Following her law study at the University of Amsterdam Denise van de Leur started her career as a management trainee at KLM, Royal Dutch Airlines. At KLM she has held different roles of increasing seniority within a twelve year timeframe. Lastly she was the EU representative for KLM in Brussels for five years. Subsequently Denise has worked many years as Vice President of HR & OD in different industries (e.g. biotechnology | pharmaceuticals| food & beverage), after which she has transitioned herself to the healthcare sector. Her last position being the VP of HR & OD at the Leiden University Medical Center.
Denise is an experienced MfN registerd mediator. She focuses on mediating disputes in and around the workplace (e.g. labor disputes, conflict situations in collaborative relationships between employees, within teams or between management and workers councils and/or trade unions). Denise also conducts independant investigations into organizational culture or alleged forms of abuse within teams or organisations and advises on the measures to be taken to prevent repetition in the future. Her clients can be found in every area of business, the healthcare sector, governmental institutions and education.
Denise van de Leur is a member of the Association for Mediators in Healthcare (VGM). And she currently is supervisory board member of the Language Institute Regina Coeli in Vught.
