Jan Willem Loman has extensive experience in mediating disputes regarding working together and parting. Previously he was active as a lawyer (advocaat) and as company counsel. For years he was partner with Ekelmans & Meijer, law firm. Jan Willem operates at the intersection of employment law and corporate law.
At ReulingSchutte Jan Willem focuses on business mediation and guided negotiations. His specific knowledge and experience refers to business relationships, conflicts between shareholders, board members, supervisory boards, management teams and between partners in a partnership. He also guides conflicts regarding commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, trade-disputes, and IT-related matters. He specialises in conflicts and issues relating to the field of employment, in particular dismissals and employee participation.
